Return Policy – Justore
At Justore, we want you to order with confidence and enjoy your purchase. That is why we explain our return policy clearly and honestly, so you know exactly what to expect.
Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Cooling-Off Period)
When you order online, you have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days of receiving it. You do not need to provide a reason.
You may only return the product if it is:
- unopened,
- the seal is intact, and
- returned in its original packaging.
If the seal has been broken or the product has been used, we cannot accept the return for hygiene and health reasons.
Would you like to use your right of withdrawal? Please send us a message within 30 days at klantenservice@justore.nl. After notifying us, you will have 14 days to return the product.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the issue is our fault (for example, if the product is defective).
Received Defective or Damaged
Sometimes something can go wrong during production or shipping. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incomplete, please notify us within 14 days.
We will resolve the issue properly, for example by providing:
- a replacement product,
- a repair (if possible), or
- a (partial) refund.
To help us assist you quickly, please send us:
- your order number,
- photos of the product and packaging, and
- a short description of the issue.
Our team will respond with a solution within 5 working days.
How Returns Work
- Notify us of your return within 30 days via email.
- Pack the product unopened and sealed in its original packaging.
- Send it back within 14 days after your notification, preferably using a trackable shipping method.
- We will assess the returned item once it arrives.
- You will receive your refund within 14 days after withdrawal (we may wait until the product has been received or until you provide proof that it has been shipped).
Warranty
All our products come with a 1-year statutory warranty. If something goes wrong within this period, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate solution.

Can I return an opened product?
No. For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Who pays for return shipping?
For withdrawals, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the issue is our fault or the product is defective, we will cover the costs.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days after withdrawal.
Which products fall under the hygiene exception?
All personal and intimate products that, once opened, cannot be resold.
